- Get 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- You need 1 salt
- Provide 1 ground black pepper
- You need 3 clove garlic
- Get 1 small onion, chopped
- Use 2 tbsp olive oil
- Use 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Provide 1 packages brown gravy mix
- Provide 1 box beef stock
- Take 2 bay leaf
- Get 1 tsp garlic powder

- Chop garlic cloves and onion, place in bowl. Optional: cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight so their ready for the morning.

- Pour gravy/stock mix on top and add all remaining ingredients to crockpot. Mix together and try to cover as much of the roast as possible.
