- Take 3 medium Potatoes
- Provide 3/4 cup chopped Cauliflower
- You need 1 large chopped onions
- You need 1 large chopped tomatoes

- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Boil the veggies for 3-4 whistles. and then mashed it with a potato masher.
- Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil. add Chopped onions and garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. add chopped tomatoes and salt.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, pav bhaji masala. stir and cook for a minutes. Add 3/4 cup water. stir and mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
