  1. Prepare 4 Pav
  2. You need to taste salt
  3. You need 2 potatoes
  4. Take 1 cup fresh peas
  5. Get 1 cup cauliflower
  6. Provide 1/2 cup capsicum
  7. Take 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Get as needed Butter
  9. Provide 3 tsp fresh coriander leaves

  11. Take 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala

  1. Chop and Boil veggies. And keep aside
  2. Nonstick Tawa add 2 tbsp oil and 1 cube butter. Add onion and boiled veggies with tomato fry
  3. Now add chilli powder, haldi, pav bhaji masala and Jeera powder
  4. Let it boil for 2 min then mash everything with smasher. Now add Coriander, lemon juice and 1 cup water cook for 10 min
  5. Once the oil and butter separates from the bhaji turn off the gas.
  6. Cut the pav in middle and slit it. Take pan add 1 tbs butter +chilli powder+haldi + gram masala +salt +chopped Coriander
  7. Now put pav on this and fry on both side of pav. Serve these pav with bhaji
