- Use 3 medium size potato
- Use 400 gm mix green vegetable

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Boil Potato,phool gobhi,patta gobhi,simla mirch,carrot clean and put on gas of two vissel with half glass of water after boil mash all vegetables
- Take a pan add oil or butter with pinch of hing and Chopped onion and tomato garlic ginger saute well
- Add all spices in tomato gravy and add boil mash vegetables mix well add salt add per taste and some water cover the lid boil for 15-20 in slow flame
- After 15-20 open lid add butter and fresh coriander and lemon mix well now ready your yummy pavbhaji serve with salad and fresh pav
