- Provide 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower florets
- Provide 4 medium potatoes peeled and chopped
- Get 3 tbsp butter

Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- Boil cauliflower florets, green peas and chopped potatoes in pressure cooker for 3 whistle. Cool and mash this boiled vegetables with hand masher.
- In kadhai add, melt butter. Add chopped onion and saute till transparent.add garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook by mashing them with hand masher constantly till tender.add pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder, mix and cook for few minutes.
- Add mashed boiled cauliflower potato mixture,addsalt to taste.mash& mix with masher. Cook for few minutes.sprinkle rock salt and add 1 tbsp butter.off the flame.keep cover for 2 mins.mix again at time of serving.
- Apply butter on both sides of pav and roast it or serve
