- Heat oil and butter in a big non-stick wok.
- Add cumin seeds,let it pop & add ginger garlic and roast for 30-40 seconds until golden brown.
- Add onion, roast it until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes & add all spices to it and cook it until it leaves oil.
- Add boiled veggies after mashing them well and add water. Cover the lid and cook for some time.
- Add mashed potatoes to it and again mash them well and let it cook. If required you can add water to it.
- Add dices paneer cubes and butter(200 grams at least) to it mix well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- It’s ready to serve with nicely cooked pao.
