The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji:
- Provide 2 big Potatoes
- Take 2 Capsicum
- You need 250 gms Cauliflower
- You need 1 Carrots
- Take 100 gms Green peas
- You need as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Provide 3 big Finely chopped tomatoes pureed
- You need 2 big Finely chopped onions
- Prepare 2-3 Green chillies for garnish optional

- Provide 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
- Use to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 packet Everest pav bhaji masala half mix in 1 glass water
- Provide 1 packet Butter
- You need 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Boil all vegetables in 1 glass of water an mash them a make thick paste. Heat pan add oil and butter add 2/3 rd of finely chopped onion saute till it turn pink, add ginger garlic paste, add chopped tomatoes/puree, mix well an cook for 3 mints, add all spices (turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala powder, salt) add little water an mix well, now on slow flame cook nicely and in-between keep adding the water in which we added half pav bhaji masala, let it cook on slow flame.
- For 10 to 15 mints. Once done garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped onions and green chilli and butter. Serve with Pav toasted in butter.
