- Take pressure cooker and heat oil put a cumin seeds red chilli powder and 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala nad fry it now add tomatoes and salt fry for 2 to 3 minutes now add all veggies and 1 cup water. Cook to 3, 4 vessels. Now mix all veggie and mash nicely.
- Take a another pan put butter and fried onion 3 to 4 minute add salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder pav bhaji masala and 1 cup water mix well now add boiled veggies and lemon juice mix well bhaji is ready to serve pav.
