The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. You need 5-6 Beans, chopped
  2. You need 1 large sized Onion, minced
  3. Use 3-4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  4. Use 2 Carrot, finely chopped
  5. Provide 3-4 Cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  6. Take 3 Potatoes, boiled
  7. Prepare 1 Capsicum, finely chopped
  8. Use 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  9. You need 1/2 Lemon, fresh juice
  10. Use 1-2 tsp Kasuri Methi
  11. Use 1-2 tbsp Coriander powder
  12. Use 1-2 tbsp Garam Masala
  13. Get 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  14. Provide 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
  15. Take 2-4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  16. Take 1-2 paneer cubes, grated
  17. Provide 2-3 tbsp Pav Bhaji powder
  18. You need 1-2 tbsp Ghee
  19. You need 1 tsp black pepper powder
  20. Use Salt as per taste
  21. Take Water
  22. You need 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  23. You need 1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida
  24. Provide 2 paneer/cottage cheese cubes
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium low flame. Add cumin seeds, hung/asafoetida and chopped onions. Then add chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp of salt.
  2. Then add all the veggies and salt. Stir well and cook them for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli, black pepper powder, kitchen king and garam masala. Mix everything well.
  3. Add some water and mix well. Let them cook on medium low flame.
  4. Start mashing the mixture. After mashing the veggies, add mashed potatoes.
  5. You can also add some water (if required). Again mash everything very well (not too fast). Once it's done, add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in it.
  6. Your lip smacking Pav bhaji is ready. Garnish it with some grated paneer and salad. Enjoy :))
