- Prepare 4-5 potatoes boiled and mashed
- Take 1 carrot roughly chopped
- Get 1 cup chopped cabbage
- Take 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- You need 2 capsicum finely chopped

- Take 2 onions finely chopped
- Get 4 tomatoes finely chopped

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- In a pressure cooker put chopped cabbage, carrot, green pea and cauliflower,add little water and take 2-3 whistle.
- Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste saute until they turn into pinkis than add chopped tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
- Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix well.
- Add boiled potatoes and veggies. Mashed the veggies with masher and mix well.
- Add little water if required and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Heat butter in a tawa and roast pav both sides.
