Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- Take a cooker,heat it add 2 tbsp oil,1tsp cumin seeds when crackle add 1tbsp pav bhaji masala,sliced tomatoes,sliced potatoes,sliced beetroot,sliced carrot,green peas,1tsp salt.mix it well. add two glass of water. cook it for 3 whistle on high flame then low the flame for 2 minutes turn off the flame.
- Take a big kadai heat it,add 1tbsp oil 3tbsp butter,chopped capsicum,chopped onion,saute for 2 minutes on high flame till onion turns pink colour stir continuously add salt to taste, 2tbso pav bhaji masala,1tbsp kashmiri mirch 1tbsp dried kasuri m.ethi,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander leaves,1tsp ginger garlic paste,saute for 2 minutes on high flame add half lemon juice,1 glass water let it boil.Now open the cooker and add it to the tadka.let it boil on high flame for 2 minutes
- Then mash it add little water.let it boil consistency should me medium.turn off flame Bhaji is ready garnish with chopped on ion and coriander leaves.

- For toast…take a tawa heat it on high flame,add 2 tbsp butter,c hopped coriander leaves.cut the pav. and toast it on tawa.turn off the flame.now pav bhaji is ready to. serve..enjoy!!!
