The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji:
  1. Get 1 cup Cauliflower cut in small pieces
  2. Get 1/2 cup peas
  3. Use 1 Capsicum Chopped
  4. You need 1 cup beans
  5. You need 2 cup peel Potato and cut pieces
  6. You need 1 1/2 cup finally chopped onion
  7. You need 3 tsp lemon juice
  8. You need 2 big tamoto chopped
  9. You need 2 tsp ginger paste
  10. Take 2 tsp garlic paste
  11. Get 2 tsp Green Chilli Chopped
  12. You need 3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  13. Take 2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch
  14. You need to taste Salt
  15. You need 4 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Wash the vegetables and add them in a pressure cooker.Add a cup of water and some 1 tbs pavbuaji power and pressure cook for 3 whistle
  2. Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the pressure release and keep aside.
  3. Heat butter in a karahi.Add onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry till onion turns brown.Add the cooked vegetables in the karahi and mix well.
  4. Add green chillies and tomatoes and ½ cup of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now add red chilli powder and Pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute.
  5. Mash the Pav Bhaji using a potato masher till it is all mushy and mixed very well.
  6. Keep adding little water if the Pav Bhaji thickens and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low heat.Add lemon juice, and coriander and mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and butter.Serve hot with a butter, chopped onions and slightly toasted and buttered Pav.
