  1. Cut Onion,tomato and all the veggies.Boil in cooker the veggies.
  2. Take a kadai.Put oil add jeera fry it.Then add half cut Onion once it turn transparent add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes.Add tomato fry it till soft.
  3. Mash the boiled veggies with masher.Add it.Adjust salt and Add all masalas.
  4. After raw smell goes.crush kasuri methi and add in it.pav bhaji is ready to serve.
