- Provide 2 boiled potatoes
- Use 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- Prepare 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- Use 1/3 cup chopped carrots
- Prepare 1/2 cup boiled peas
- Use 2 tsp oil
- Take 1/2 cup butter
- Take 4 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Get 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Provide 1/2 tsp turmuric Powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- Take 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Take 2 finely chopped onion
- Provide 2 green chilli chopped
- Prepare 2 chopped tomatoes

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Firstly heat a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Then add all chopped veggies except onion, tomato. Saute for 2-4 minutes. Until they become soft. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Mind it well.
- Then add Chopped Tomato. Add salt. Cook it again. Until tomatoes become tender. Now mash bhaji with masher. After that keep aside. Bhaji is ready. Now we prepare bhaji masala.
- Take another pan. Add 4 tbsp butter. Then add chopped onion.saute for 2 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste. Cook it again for 2 minutes. Then add pav bhaji masala. Mix it well. Now add bhaji.
- After that add water as required. Now add salt and butter. Then mix it again. Cook it for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and butter. Serve bhaji with pav.
