  2. Provide 1 1/4 cup warm water (+3 tbsp) (NOT HOT WATER)
  3. Get 1/4 cup honey
  4. You need 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  5. Get 1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  6. Use 1 cup rolled oats
  7. Prepare 1 cup all-purpose white flour
  8. Take 2 cup whole wheat flour
  9. You need 2 tbsp vital wheat gluten (makes the loaves lighter)
