- You need 2/3 cup sugar

- Use 1 cup Sugar

- Stir sugar & cinnamon in small bowl.
- Break open each can of biscuits & cut each biscuit into 4 equal parts (for more pieces you can cut each biscuit into 8 equal parts).
- Dip pieces into the cinnamon-sugar mixture & put the pieces in the pan or pans.
- Preheat the oven to 350º.
- Combine the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan. Boil for "ONE MINUTE ONLY" stirring constantly. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!
- Pour hot mixture over cut up pieces of biscuits ( if you want you can put a layer of biscuits then a layer of mixture, etc.).
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes. Biscuits will become brown. When done check with a cake tester or toothpick.
- Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn pan or pans upside down onto a plate or foil, use rubber scraper or spoon to get all the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the monkey bread.
- Serve while still warm. Bread can be reheated in the microwave. Refrigerate any uneaten bread & store tightly in a large covered container.
