- Take 400-450 g pork sausages
- Provide Handful chopped chives
- Use 1 small chilli diced
- Get Teaspoon mustard
- Use Splash Worcester sauce
- Take 1 red onion, peeled and finely diced
- Prepare 1 large egg (beaten)

- Prepare Puff pastry, ready rolled

- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Skin your sausages and mix the filling with the chives, chilli, mustard, Worcester sauce, onion and egg. Season.
