The ingredients needed to prepare Kadai paneer:
- You need 1 tsp oil
- Get 100 gms paneer chopped
- Get 1 onion chopped
- Provide 1 capsicum chopped
- Use 1/2 tomato chopped
- You need 1-2 red chilli whole
- Provide 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
- Take Pinch chilli powder
- Provide to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 tsp whole coriander or dhania
- Take tbsp Red gravy -2
- Use 1 tsp Garam masala
- Get 1 tsp cream
- Get 1 tsp butter
- Take 1 tsp mawa and 1/2 tsp ghee
- You need 2 tsp milk
- Take 2 tsp lemon juice
- Take Coriander leaves finely chopped
Steps to make Kadai paneer:
- Heat oil, add crushed coriander and red chilli
- Add the red gravy and milk
- Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes and paneer
- Add mawa, butter, cream
- Add kasoori methi, coriander leaves, garam masala and kemon juice
- For red gravy -saute 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 50 gms cashews, 1 inch ginger,5-6 cloves garlic, add 1 tsp kasoori methi,1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt. Saute all these. Cool in room temperature and grind into smooth paste.
