  1. You need 1 tsp oil
  2. Get 100 gms paneer chopped
  3. Get 1 onion chopped
  4. Provide 1 capsicum chopped

  7. Provide 1/2 tsp kasoori methi

  18. Take Coriander leaves finely chopped
Steps to make Kadai paneer:
  1. Heat oil, add crushed coriander and red chilli
  2. Add the red gravy and milk
  3. Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes and paneer
  4. Add mawa, butter, cream
  5. Add kasoori methi, coriander leaves, garam masala and kemon juice
  6. For red gravy -saute 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 50 gms cashews, 1 inch ginger,5-6 cloves garlic, add 1 tsp kasoori methi,1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt. Saute all these. Cool in room temperature and grind into smooth paste.
