  1. Get 250 gm paneer
  2. Get Butter 4 table spoons
  3. You need 2 Capsicum
  4. Get 3 Tomato
  5. Prepare 1 inch Ginger

  7. You need Spices red chilli, hung,salt,turmeric,garam massala, sokha dhani

  1. Grind tomato and ginger in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste
  2. Cut capsicum and paneer in a cube shape
  3. Add butter 2 table spoon in a pan put one table spoon of jeera snd hing and sorte capsicum.
  4. Now add paste of ginger and tomato and fry till it didn't leave butter
  5. Now add peas and water in it and let it boil for5 min
  6. Add paneer and two table spoon of fresh cream(malai) boil it for more 5 min.
  7. Your paneer butter massala is ready to serve.
