The ingredients needed to prepare Kadai paneer:
  1. Use 250 gm paneer
  2. Use 2 onion
  3. Prepare 2 tomatoes
  4. You need 1/2 inch ginger
  5. Prepare 2 spoon coriander seeds
  6. You need 5 dry red chilli
  7. You need as per taste Salt
  8. You need 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  9. You need 2 capsicum
  10. Provide 1 teaspoon malai
Instructions to make Kadai paneer:
  1. Roast coriander seeds and whole Red chilli in a pan.. and keep it aside.
  2. Make a fine paste of onion, tomatoes and ginger.
  3. Take a pan add oil and add cumin seeds.
  4. Add fine paste and roast it.
  5. Grind roasted coriander seeds and whole Red chilli into a powder.
  6. Add this powder in the pan and mix it well.
  7. Now add salt, and finely chopped capsicum.
  8. Add water and cook it until capsicum becomes soft.
  9. Now add malai and cook it well until it leaves oil.
  10. Now check the consistency if it looks thick then add boiled water.
  11. Now add paneer cubes and garnish it with coriander.
  12. Serve it hot with chapatis.
