The ingredients needed to prepare Kadai paneer:
- Use 250 gm paneer
- Use 2 onion
- Prepare 2 tomatoes
- You need 1/2 inch ginger
- Prepare 2 spoon coriander seeds
- You need 5 dry red chilli
- You need as per taste Salt
- You need 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- You need 2 capsicum
- Provide 1 teaspoon malai
Instructions to make Kadai paneer:
- Roast coriander seeds and whole Red chilli in a pan.. and keep it aside.
- Make a fine paste of onion, tomatoes and ginger.
- Take a pan add oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add fine paste and roast it.
- Grind roasted coriander seeds and whole Red chilli into a powder.
- Add this powder in the pan and mix it well.
- Now add salt, and finely chopped capsicum.
- Add water and cook it until capsicum becomes soft.
- Now add malai and cook it well until it leaves oil.
- Now check the consistency if it looks thick then add boiled water.
- Now add paneer cubes and garnish it with coriander.
- Serve it hot with chapatis.
