The ingredients needed to prepare Stuffed mushrooms:
  1. Get 1 packet mushroom
  2. Prepare 1/2 medium size finely chopped onion
  3. Get 1/4 medium size finely chopped tomato
  4. Use 1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  6. Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make Stuffed mushrooms:
  1. Clean and wash mushrooms.Remove stems
  2. Mix chopped onion,chopped tomato,chopped coriander and salt to taste
  3. Stuff mushrooms with onion,tomato mixture.Take appam vessel cover it with silver foil.Put mushrooms in appam cavities.Put some cheese on top of mushrooms.
  4. Put few drops of oil on mushrooms. Cover with lid and cook on slow gas for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from appam patra and serve hot. If you put directly in appam patra then need to put more oil.Mushrooms will stick to appam patra but if you use silver foil then it will not stick and appam patra would be clean as below picture.
