The ingredients needed to prepare Crispy stuffed mushrooms:
- Get 1 cup Broccoli florets
- You need 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red,yellow)
- Get 1/4 cup diced capsicum
- Use 1/2 finely chopped spinach
- You need 1/2 diced onion
- You need 4-5 cloves garlic crushed and blanched
- Provide 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Take 3-4 tbsp all purpose flour
- Get as required Bread crumbs
Steps to make Crispy stuffed mushrooms:
- Clean the mushroom and remove the stem of the mushroom and make the cavity hollow for stuffing. Boil in for 3-4 mins and strain it with cold water and keep aside.
- Now dice all the vegetables, onions and blanch the garlic.
- Heat oil and add the chopped onions and garlic. Then add the clicked veggies and little bit of salt to it. Stir fry for 2-3 mins on low flame.
- Remove from the stove and let the mixture cool. Then add grated mozzarella cheese to it.
- Now take the mushrooms and stuff the mixture (stuffing) in the hollow part. Then join two mushrooms together once stuffed and use a toothpick to hold it together. (Refer to the image)
- Now make a thick batter of all purpose flour and little bit of water(ratio of 4:1) Add salt according to taste. Dip the stuffed mushroom holding the toothpick. Then roll the mushroom which is dipped in batter to bread crumbs till it is evenly coated with crumbs.
- Finally fry this mushrooms in generous amount of oil til golden brown and enjoy the yummy cheesy stuffed mushrooms with any dip or ketchup of your choice!
