  1. Take 2 lb mushrooms (white or baby portabellas)
  2. You need 1 lb ground sausage
  3. Provide 1 medium onion
  4. You need 2 clove garlic
  5. Take 1 jalepeno pepper
  6. Take 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsely
  7. Provide 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  8. Take 1 salt, to taste
  9. Get 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl of warm water, soak mushroom caps during prep.
  4. Mince onion, garlic, jalepeno and mushroom stems. Remove seeds from jalepeno first if you don't like a lot of heat.
  5. In a large skillet, brown sausage with onion and garlic. When cooked through, drain well.
  6. Add mushroom stems, jalepeno, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook until mushroom stems and jalepenos soften, 2-3 minutes.
