  1. Use 6 cups Stove Top stuffing (chicken herb or everyday)
  2. Provide 3 cups chicken broth
  3. Prepare 1 packet chicken Demi-glacé
  4. You need 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  5. Take 6 Tbsp butter
  6. Use 4 strips bacon
  7. Take 20 pepperoni slices
  8. Provide 1/4 cup chopped celery
  9. Use 1/4 cup chopped onion
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  11. Use 1 large minced garlic clove
  12. You need 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Sriracha seasoning

  1. In a large sauce pan cook pepperoni until crisp. Remove pepperoni to paper towel to drain. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel to drain. Add butter, onions, celery, carrots, rosemary, thyme, poultry seasoning, Sriracha seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken broth, demi-glace, heavy cream and lemon to pan and cook until demi-glace is dissolved. Bring pan to a boil for one minute and add stuffing mix. Stir gently with a fork, turn off heat and let sit for five minutes. Add bacon and pepperoni crumbled to the stuffing.
  3. For stuffing in a bird: Heat stuffing if you made it in advance. Make sure it is very hot. Add cheese to stuffing a spoon stuffing into bird and tie legs to prevent stuffing from coming out. Put any remaining stuffing in the back end of the bird. Roast bird.
  4. For cooking in an oven: Butter generously a baking pan. Mix cheese into stuffing and place in baking pan. Cut 4 Tbsp butter into small cubes and place on top of stuffing. If stuffing appears dry you can add warmed chicken broth.
