  1. You need 2 tuna fillets
  2. Prepare 100 grams sesame
  3. You need 2 tbsp chopped chives
  4. Get 4 tbsp sesame oil
  5. Provide 4 tbsp soy sauce
  6. Provide 1 lemon (juice)
  7. Provide 2 garlic cloves

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan with the garlic cloves (just to make them golden)
  2. Dry the tuna fillets with paper towels and cover them
