- You need 2 tuna fillets
- Prepare 100 grams sesame
- You need 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Get 4 tbsp sesame oil
- Provide 4 tbsp soy sauce
- Provide 1 lemon (juice)
- Provide 2 garlic cloves
Steps to make Oriental Seared Tuna:
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan with the garlic cloves (just to make them golden)
- Dry the tuna fillets with paper towels and cover them
- Put the fillets in the pan with sesame oil to cook them at high temperature. The idea is to sear them cooking well the exterior, but leaving rare/raw the interior.
