- Take 500 grams Italian pork sausages
- You need 1 Oil for cooking
- Prepare 1 small onion, finely diced
- You need 2 clove garlic, minced
- Provide 250 grams Button mushrooms, sliced
- You need 1 tbsp Plain flour
- You need 1 cup Chicken stock
- You need 300 ml Pure cream
- You need 2 tsp Whole grain mustard
- Take 500 grams Cooked spiral pasta
