- Take 2 packs chicken thighs (skinless / boneless)
- You need 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- Get 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- Use Baby carrots (1 lb. bag)
- Use 1 Onion, sliced
- Provide Fresh garlic
- You need Black Pepper
- Take 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
