  1. You need 8 Tomatoes
  2. Get 1 beetroot
  3. Prepare 2 carrot
  4. Take 1 small green chilli
  5. Use 1" ginger chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp mixture of cornflour with water

  1. Take tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, ginger, green chillies in a cooker. Add 5 cups of water. Pressure cooker it for 4 whistles.
  2. Remove from flame. Let the cooker opens itself. Mash the boiled tomatoes with blender. Strain the mixture in a bowl.
  3. Heat another pan. Add butter. Now add strained mixture. Add salt and black pepper powder as per your taste.
  4. Add cornflour mixture. stir well and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes till the tomato soup thickens on a low flame.
  5. Now add jaggery and stir. then add the cream and simmer for a minute. - pour the steaming hot tomato soup in soup bowls. Add croutons.
