- Get 400 g Beef mince
- Use 2 tbs + 2 tbs oil for stir-fry
- Get 2 pork sausages, fried and diced about 1 cups
- Prepare 1/2 cup Red wine
- You need 1 medium onion, chop thinly
- Take 2 tsp + 1 tsp garlic paste
- Provide 1 red capsicum, sliced (to get the colour)
- Use 2 cups French beans frozen, steam 17 ', set aside
- You need Pinch salt & grinded black pepper
- Prepare 2 tbs Kikkoman Soy sauce
- Take 1 tbs Tomato Sauce
- Take Steam Cooked Jasmine Rice
- Get Side dish: Sambal Oelek chili
Instructions to make Beef, Pork & French Beans ππππ₯πΆ:
- In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, put the sausages pieces over medium heat, fry cook slightly brown, stirring. Remove from the pan and keep aside. Diced about 1 cup.
- Add 1 tbs oil in the wok mix with the fat, saute the onion for 2', stirring then add the garlic paste, beef mince & stir-fry for 2' and with the back spoon to spread the beef and cook further on until well brown cooked all over'. Add 1/2 cup Red wine and cook for 2' and continue stir-fry until the wine evaporated. Then add 2 tbs Kikkoman sauce, salt, black pepper and mix all together then put back the sausages, French beans, capsicum and 1 tbs tomato sauce and mix and stir-fry for 3' more.
