  2. Take 5 large Eggs
  3. Use 80 grams Sugar
  4. Get 50 grams Sunflower oil (or plant-based oil)

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 170℃.
  2. Separate egg yolks and egg whites into bowls, which are completely dry. Add 1/2 of the sugar into the egg yolks, and mix with a whisk until the mixture turns white.
