The ingredients needed to prepare Sausage Rolls:
  1. You need 6 good quality pork sausages (not chipolatas)
  2. Provide 1 packet ready rolled puff pastry
  3. Use 1 egg
  4. Get 1 tsp English mustard
Instructions to make Sausage Rolls:
  1. Unroll the pastry and place in front of you.
  2. Score the pastry in half right down the middle then across with 2 lines so you have 6 areas equally spaced out. You should now have divided the pastry into 6 smaller squares.
  3. Spread the pastry with the English mustard
  4. With a sharp knife take the skin off each sausage and lay each sausage in a rectangle of pastry.
  5. Cut through the score marks and then roll up each sausage in the pastry. Cut each one in half to make 12 sausage rolls.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25mins in oven at 180C
