- Provide 2 Pounds Pork Boston Butt
- Get 1 Whole Garlic
- Get 2 Whole Potatoes
- You need 1 Whole Sweet Potato
- Provide 1 Can Stout Beer
- Prepare 7 Oz. Dijon Mustard (Can replace it with regular)
- Provide 2 Oz. Paprika
- Provide 2 Fresh Rosmery Branches
- Provide 2 Oz. Oregano

- Wash the Pork Boston Butt with plenty of water and place it over a baking tray.
- Peel the Garlic and cut the cloves in halves.
