  1. First for making the chana. Take the milk in a pan. Let it boil,then add the lemon juice, low the flame. Keep on stiring till the chana is done. Now drain it thru a muslin cloth. Put something heavy object on it so that all the excess water is drain. Keep it for 1 hr for best results.

Now place it in a steamer/or in a khadi with water. Steam it for 20-25 min. Let it cool then take it out. Keep it in the fridge for atleast 30 min. Then cut and serve it.
