  1. Take 6 eggs
  2. Use 400 g pork sausage meat (Empty your fav sausages if you like)
  3. Provide 1 egg
  4. Use 1/4 pint milk
  5. Get 60 g Breadcrumbs
  6. You need 600 ml Sunflower oil

  1. Add the eggs the to a pan of cold water and bring to the boil on a high heat. Once boiling leave them in for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the sausage meat evenly into 6
  3. After the 10 minutes are up run the eggs under cold water for a couple of minutes until completely cold this will keep the whites white.
  4. Peel the eggs
  5. Place the eggs on the sausage meat
