  1. Provide 2 cups leftover rabdi
  2. Get 1 cup milk
  3. You need to taste Sugar as per taste
  4. Provide 1 ltr Fresh paneer made from 1 ltr milk
  5. Take 1 cup mango puree
  6. Take 1 cup sugar

  1. Take the freshly made paneer and knead well to remove any lumps.
  2. Make equal sized balls and flatten it and keep aside.
  3. Heat 1 cup sugar with 5 cups water in a pan and bring to boil.
  4. Add the paneer balls and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Off the flame and keep aside.
  6. Now take the leftover rabdi and add milk and sugar and bring to boil and off the flame.
  7. Cool to room temperature and add mango puree and mix well.
  8. Take care while adding sugar to the rabdi.
  9. Now place the paneer balls in the rabdi after squeezing out little sugar syrup from them.
  10. Keep aside to chill for about 2 hours
  11. Serve chilled.
