  3. Now Heat the oil in wok.add jeera and hing.now add the chilli and ginger.and fry for 1 minute. Add Salt and 1/2 cup water and covered the lid for 5-6 minutes.

  5. Now grind the chilliy in grinder and make a smooth paste. Add the vinegar. Keep sauce in a bottle and freeze it.
