- You need 4 medium chicken breast
- You need 3 clove garlic,chopped
- Use 1 large onion,chopped
- Use 3 tbsp pepper
- Take 1/4 cup oil
- Provide 3 cup of rice
- Use 2 tbsp salt
- Get 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- Use 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Take 1 tbsp curry powder
- Get 2/3 cup chopped spring onion&parsley
Instructions to make rice&chicken,i created this my self.not sure what name to give.lol:
- make a pocket in the chicken breast
- add the chopped spring onion and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper
- pour the oil in a frying pan then place the chicken in side,cover and leave it to fry on each side for 15 minutes on a medium heat
- after it than,than place a source pan and pour in oil and then add the chopped onion and garlic
- leave to fry for a minute then add the chopped tomatoes,curry powder and tomato paste allow to cook for 5minutes then add salt and pepper to test
- serve with cooked rice
